Jennifer Lopez probably tries more controversial shoe trends in a month than most of us do in a lifetime. (Remember this Ariana Grande–approved style and these dramatic Christian Louboutin boots?) It’s quite helpful that a driver is waiting to pick her up curbside every time she steps out the door. That said, we’re not sure how she took even 10 steps in the ankle boots she just wore in NYC, as they’re a whopping six inches tall with a thick inch-and-quarter platform. I consider anything four inches and up to be quite high, so I can’t even fathom spending the day in heels as high as J.Lo’s.
