As I’ve said many a time before,
my day-to-day style is simple—but that doesn’t mean it’s boring (at least, I hope not). I love fun fashion items such as tie-dye printed tops, statement heels, and impractically small bags as much as the next fashion girl, but when it comes to the pieces and outfits I wear most often, they are pretty relaxed. Think basics such as jeans, T-shirts and black sandals on repeat. What can I say? I’m a creature of habit.
As far as spring outfits go, I’ve found nine outfits that do the talking for me—modeled by girls to probably look a lot cooler in them, too. From celebrity style to street style to Instagram style, just keep scrolling for the outfits I’ll be re-creating in the weeks to come and shop what you’ll need to get the look for yourself along the way.
Priyanka kept it on trend but still simple in her head-to-toe beige look. I’m all for that. On Priyanka Jonas: Max Mara Silk Crepe de Chine Jacket ($1590) and Silk Crepe de Chine Trousers ($650); Dorateymur heels
Gigi’s cropped jacket and baggy jeans have me already planning my next night-out look. On Gigi Hadid: Off-White c/o Virgil Abloh silver silk cropped blazer and denim Tomboy wide leg pants; By Far Allegra Croc-Effect Leather Shoulder Bag ($655); Âme Totem Chain Cocktail Ring (3950)
Say it with me: Minidress, top-handle bag, and kitten heels. This will be my new go-to look. On Kendall Jenner: Are You Am I Lyth Hoops $140); Christopher Kane dress; Chloé C Bag Mini($1278); Stuart Weitzman Edith Pumps ($256)
A minidress might just be my favorite way to take on the leather trend that’s everywhere for spring.
Breathe new life into any old midi skirt by pairing it with a dad-inspire button-down and strappy sandals.
Last, but certainly not least, when all else fails, just remember you will always look amazing in a blazer, jeans, and mules.
